Platinum Alumina Reforming Catalysts AP-56, AP-64

Manufactured according to Specification TU 20.59.56-29-44912618-2018

Composition:
γ-alumina-supported platinum with special promoters
Catalysts AP-56, AP-64 are used in catalytic reforming process to produce high-octane gasoline components.

Multimetallic Reforming Catalysts RU-135A, RU-135B, RU-135F

Manufactured according to Standard TU 20.59.56-31-44912618-2020

Composition:
Three grades of RU-135 catalyst are available – A, B and F with different content of platinum, rhenium and special promoters. 
Catalysts of RU series are used in catalytic reforming process to increase the octane rating of naphtha and to produce BTX aromatics.

Composition:
Three grades of catalyst RB-44U are available, “A”, “B” and “Sh” with different content of platinum, rhenium and special promoters.
 Catalyst RB-44U is designed for catalytic reforming process to produce high-octane gasoline components and C6-C8 aromatics.

Recommended extrudate particle size for reactors with radial feed load - 1.6±0.2 mm, for reactors with axial feed load - 1.8±0.2 mm.

Process Conditions
Designed for fixed-bed units operated under low and medium pressure 1.2-2.5 MPa.

Expected regeneration cycle length of 2 years, run under severe conditions for RON 97-98; and 4 years for RON 95-96.


Reforming catalyst RB-33U

Manufactured according to Standard TU 2177-005-23092878-2000


Composition:
Two grades of catalyst RB-33U are available, “A” and “B” with different content of  platinum, rhenium and special promoters.
Catalyst RB-33U is designed for catalytic reforming process to produce high-octane gasoline components and aromatics.

Catalyst TNK-23 is designed for naphtha reforming to produce gasoline components with RON 95-98 or aromatics.
Two grades of catalyst TNK-23 are available, “A” and “B”.
